"I went through an exhausted search for the best deal on a good used bike. I searched the internet, local rags and dealerships. I drove to Aiken from Augusta several times, "Just Lookin" when I spotted what I thought was a new VStar 1100 Silverado. I asked Lori about it. It had 4800 miles and was well taken care of. The price was half that of a new bike. I took it for a test drive. When I returned I noted there seemed to be a slight mis-alignment in the bars with the front end. Marsha grabbed a tech and he took it out back and brought it back and said try it now. It was perfect. I told Marsha my wife would love a scooter but all they had was a new Red Burgman and someone else was in the process of financing it. There was no way I could go home with a Silverado and not have something for my sweety. Marsha said they had a used 400 Burgman out back. She had it cleaned up and I test drove it. I was set. I made a call to my wife who approved without even seeing it. I told her my bank was closed and I could bring a cashiers check. Seeing how anxious I was Marsha took a personal check from me to secure the purchase, unbelievable in this day and age but that what you get from Aiken Motorcycle Sales & Service, good old fashion deals where your word still stands for something. It was well after business hours by this time and Marsha stayed till my brother-in-law arrived with a truck to bring the scooter back. She helped load and secure both bikes by giving me a set of tie-down straps. The staff goes above and beyond to make your purchase and experience there a welcoming one. I HIGHLY recommend Aiken Motorcycle Sales & Service to anyone."

"I have purchase two bikes from Aiken Motorcycles. My last purchase was a 2009 VTX1300T. So for I have only been able to put around 300 miles on it. It has been either cold or raining since I purchased it. Both purchases went very well. The staff at Aiken Motorcycle was both friendly and helpful. Neil was very knowledgeable about the bike I was interested in and did an outstanding job at getting me a good deal and the financing that I could afford. I will and have sent friends of mine to purchase bikes from them. All of them are very pleased with their bikes. I hope to be sending them more business soon.

"I want to thank you so much for the service you performed on my bike back on June 13, before I went on my big ride across country. New tires, new brakes and you checked out my VTX1300 from head to toe - making sure everything was tight and ready to go for 6,000 miles. I had total confidence in the bike. The accessories I bought to keep the bike secure while I slept at night, were wise investments and it meant I didn't have to worry. I am so grateful you didn't brush me off like the shop did to a Harley owner I met along the way. He asked about new tires and brakes and was told his bike was fine for his trip. Half-way through his trip, he was buying tires & brakes. I had to brag on you folks to the guy.
Thank you for working me into your always busy schedule. And for doing an OUTSTANDING job of keeping my bike sound and me safe. I am home now after 5 weeks and still love getting on the bike everyday."

"I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Rebel 250.It is my first motorcycle.At 46 years old I never thought I would be on a motorcycle.With the help of Marsha I was able to chose a bike I felt comfortable with.I have enjoyed riding it.The first service came due and was handled very well.My bike went in and was done in no time.I enjoy my experiences with Aiken Motorcycle.I always receive excellent service.I look forward to my next bike.They never make me feel silly cause I'm a novice rider.I will definitely be shopping with them again! "My new Suzuki C50T Motorcycle is a dream. We took a trip home on it and it performed beautifully. Although I have back problems and my back did bother me on and after the trip I was very well pleased with the performance and the gas mileage of this motorcycle. ""Aiken Motorcycle is my lifeline when it comes to my passionate love towards motorcycles. I love going to the store because I know that everybody is my friend and knows me in some way. I started going to Aiken Motorcycle when I was eleven and haven't stopped yet. Over The last four years Aiken Motorcycle has always be willing and ready to help me in any way. Recently I purcahsed a Honda CRF250R6 from them and it went seamlessly thanks to service and sales.
The Parts Department gets your parts in within 2-3days at the most unless they're on backorder. Service deparment works well when you have a scheduled appointment if not they can be backed up for 2-4 weeks. So its smart to make appointments every month even if you don't need anything done to your bike. Because accidents happen to everyone. Well I just want to thank all of you for being there when called upon! Continue to be all you are and more!
